Alamance within the court house in the room where you get records and Alexander and Alleghany for election results to you can walk in to the office and get pro se records. In Anson the election results mean that you can walk in and pay to get you past records within the office.

In Ashe and Avery it’s at Graham, Sparta, and then Taylorsville and Wadesboro. In Beaufort and Asheville simply turn right and you will find the location or simply GPS it for election.

Child support enforcement records are on hand. In Beaufort, Bertie, and Bladen it’s for adoptions and affidavit of parentage if within the special proceedings case.

In Buncombe, Brunswick, and Burke, you can pay a littering ticket or file papers with the estates division. You can also do legitimization of a child in adoption and special proceedings.

In Cabarrus, Caldwell, and Camden you can pay for marine fisheries tickets and violations.

In Carteret, Caswell, and Catawba plea of guilty for fishing without a license.

In Chatham, Cherokee, and Chowan the phone number and address for the contact information is listed are responsible for records and can act as a judge in certain cases but mostly handles adoptions and child support enforcement records and enforcement.

In Clay, Cleveland, and Columbus you can get pro se paperwork to file an action yourself in a civil trial. You can also get estates paperwork and pay a marine fisheries or littering ticket.

In Craven, Cumberland, and Currituck elected but can still legitimate a child born out of wedlock and estates paperwork or pay a fine from Marine Fisheries and fishing without a license.

Greene, Guilford, and Halifax you get the paperwork and election results in Jacksonville, Goldsboro, Hickory, and Rocky Mount of court in special proceedings.

Harnett, Haywood, and Henderson you can pay the fine for fishing without a license or give a guilty plea in Marine Fisheries and property taxes. You can get the mailing address for further information.

Rockingham, Rowan, and Rutherford pro se information for filing records. In Sampson, Scotland, and Stanly the mailing address has changed and is reflected on the website or they work with law enforcement and magistrates when handling the records. They are elected for years.

Stokes, Surry, and Swain to get directions and contact information for your elected officials and how many years they serve the public in these types of cases especially when it involves special proceedings.

In Smithfield and Kinston, along with Rocky Mount and Greenville, a civil matter can be filed with the court and you can even have the paperwork mailed to you along with getting estate records.

In Gastonia the P.O. Box address has changed and is noted on the website for this elected official serving a term. Election results are also available for review.

In Salisbury and Hickory the process of getting criminal records is as easy as walking in to the office and pay a fee to have the records copied. The office can give you the paperwork to file your own case and subpoena paperwork to have a person served.

Child support enforcement can also work with a clerk. Can I get adoption records at this office? Can I get a certified copy of my birth certificate or other records?

Williamston NC records in criminal matters are public records that you can obtain many times from the website or via a computer at the office. Birth certificate records are not kept by this office but mailing information to the Office of Vital Statistics in Raleigh you can get that information.

The P.O. Box is Sanford NC has been changed to reflect new information and dates for special cases that can be heard by this office. This is of course if you want to Civil records Criminal coped and certified or to get the paperwork to subpoena someone in a case. The magistrate and law enforcement in your city can help you get that information.

What is the website address for the office? Are they only available by phone? In Beaufort is the office located in the same place as the estate tax office?

In Nashville and Wilmington records are stored online at the website address and you can also get estate records by phone after paying a fee. Birth certificate and marriage certificates are not kept by this office.

Taylorsville and Wadesboro office by phone or the website for election results and how to get a notarized copy to enforce arrears. Child custody and out of wedlock legitimization and Affidavit of parentage paperwork can be filed as well.

In Lincolnton, Marion, and Wilmington the office has a website in which you can get certain types of information and records related to civil and criminal proceedings. How many years is a elected? Can he or she be impeached?

Do they issue a marriage licence? What about official copies of birth certificate? The county website can be used to pay certain fees and apply for specific estate records.

In Brevard and Reidsville the P.O. Box address has been updated and is now reflected on the website. The office can also work with law enforcement and a magistrate is certain criminal matters and adoption records. You can also get copies of your child custody and visitation records and criminal history via a computer that most offices have in the county.

Was elected in and serves four year terms and can act as a judge in certain cases in matters relating to estates records and have them mailed to you after paying the fee. A putative father can also have a child legitimated at the office and adoption cases uncontested can be heard. Guilty pleas can be taken and adjudicated in Marine Fisheries and fishing without a license.

Wake and Mecklenburg child support cases are now handled by this office as well. Forsyth and Guilford along with Buncombe no longer have the special proceedings capability to get those certified copies that are notarized.

To obtain copies of any civil cases heard in your city especially in Rocky Mount, Greenville, New Bern, Beaufort, Jacksonville, and Goldsboro. Mailing your information can be a lot faster or by going on the website you can get the information much faster. Only notarized copies are sent out via the mail.

In Bryson City and Columbia NC the records are kept and used to subpoena paperwork or to file a civil case acting as your own attorney but can not tell you how to fill the paperwork out. You can use this paperwork to subpoena some for service to appear in court.
